I acknowledge receipt of the attached Code of Conduct (the “Code”) dated February, 2024 for the Burlington Fine Arts Association (the “BFAA”) and agree to adhere to all aspects of the Code in any interactions I have with other members of the BFAA, non-BFAA workshop leaders or participants, or representatives of the Art Gallery of Burlington (the “AGB”), Arts Burlington or any of its Guilds, whether on the premises of the AGB or otherwise.
