I settled in this area after emigrating from the UK with a young family. My life was busy taking care of my business interests and bringing up my children. More recently I spent several amazing if challenging years cruising the world on a small sailboat and wandering the canals of Europe on our barge.
Now my wanderlust is in check and I have time to follow my other interests. I have taken art courses in Oakville and Mississauga. Starting with pen and ink, I moved on to watercolours and now try my hand with the wonderful colour in acrylics. I look forward to the fresh challenge of learning new techniques and finding new inspiration.
