The Artist's Mark
BFAA 2025 Juried Exhibition
The Artist’s Mark, BFAA’s premier annual juried exhibition established in 2019, returns in 2025 showcasing original artworks by local artists, once again bringing art and the community together. This unique and prestigious celebration of art promoted through multiple social media outlets and local public media, is proudly funded by the City of Burlington’s Arts and Culture Fund as well as local community sponsors and donors.
This year’s popular members-only 11-day exhibit at the Hub, located in the Burlington Centre, will take place October 16 – 26, 2025 and will feature an online as well as physical exhibit. Six artists juried into the show will lead an Artist Talk for BFAA members at the Art Gallery of Burlington as well as on Zoom. After judging is complete, for a nominal fee, members are also offered the opportunity for juror feedback on their submission.
The BFAA brings art and community together and this year is no exception. We will be expanding our outreach of exhibits, artist talks and hands-on workshops to our senior’s community by including Artist’s Talks and workshops to a local public school, tying art to a creative writing project. Once again, we will participate in Heritage Week and include Cultural Diversity outreach with a presentation of art opportunities to Cultural organizations in Burlington through the BFAA.
Please join this celebration of art, bringing the creations of local art to the community!
