Darlene is a graduate of the Sheridan College Illustration Program. She has always been creative and loves to draw, paint and take photos.
After working at a community based environmental agency for 31 years as a graphic designer, Darlene retired 5 years ago. This is where her appreciation for the natural environment and her love of all living creatures blossomed.
Darlene paints with oils and acrylic with diverse subject matters but a special fondness for animals. She loves to create their portraits with a life-like but painterly style.
