The Artist's Mark, BFAA's annual juried exhibition established in 2019, returns in 2024 showcasing original artworks by local artists, once again bringing art and the community together. This unique celebration of art, promoted through multiple social media outlets and local public media, is proudly funded by the City of Burlington’s Arts and Culture Fund as well as local community sponsors and donors.
This year’s popular member-only 10-day exhibit at The Hub, located at the Burlington Centre, will take place October 18 – 27, 2024 and will feature an online as well as physical exhibit. Six artists juried into the show will lead an Artist Talk for BFAA members at The AGB as well as on Zoom. Members and the general public are invited to attend our workshop on how to frame and prepare artwork for submission. After judging is complete, for a nominal fee, members are also offered the opportunity for juror feedback on their submission.
The BFAA brings art and the community together and this year is no exception. We will be expanding on our outreach of exhibits and artist talks to our senior’s community by delivering hands on activities for seniors.
Please join this celebration of art, bringing the creations of local artists to the community!
