A glaze oil painter and a mixed media artist, Vanessa Cress Lokos holds a BA with a
Concentration in Visual Arts from the University of Ottawa. She currently resides in Burlington
but has traveled and lived abroad. In Melbourne, Australia she continued her studies in art and
exhibited and sold her work. She has shown extensively in Southern Ontario since 2009.
Vanessa is a member of the Burlington Fine Arts Association, the Canadian Glaze Oil Society
and the Arts and Culture Council of Burlington. Her work is often exhibited in the Art Gallery of
Burlington, McMaster Innovation Park and Hamilton Artist Inc.
